General rules
 
  • The owner of Missdenim store is MeLikeFashion based in region mazowieckie, Siedlce, ul. Sulimów 22B/28, 08-110 POLAND, NIP 821-250-99-07, REGON 146889931
  • Purchasing on www.shopmissdenim.com and www.shopmissdenim.pl constitutes acceptance of these Rules. 
  • The company will be billed for the purchased product, does not issue VAT invoices. 
  • Maintained solely in retail sales 
  • Goods sold in the store is brand new, free from legal defects, originally packed. Manufactured in Poland, meeting high requirements and standards.
  • If you have any question or doubt, ask before buying.

Synopsis and procedure for completion of contracts

  • Order can be made by using the "Add to Cart" button. You can buy without registration.

  • The basic condition for the realization of any purchase in Missdenim store is enter the actual personal data and contact information with a valid telephone number and e-mail address at which we will be sending confirmation of your order.

  • Properly placed order is confirmed by an e-mail containing a set of data provided when ordering (order number, the product with the size, shipping address, amount). If you do not receive confirmation within 15 minutes you should contact us via e-mail shopmissdenim@gmail.com in order to clarify the situation.

  • After placing the order you will receive our notification of any change in the status of your order.

  • Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.

  • Approximate implementation of the contract (preparing orders for dispatch) - 1-2 working days. The total delivery time for goods sent to Poland is up to 7 working days, worldwide is up to 14 working days.

  • If the order won't be feasible at the time referred to in the preceding paragraph, the buyer will be informed about this.

  • Orders which are incorrectly filled in address data (incorrect address, non-existent e-mail address or no phone) will be held.

  • In the event of circumstances preventing full or part-time execution of the contract, eg. Vicious fill the form, our company reserves the right to suspend the execution of the contract - with the situation agree to immediately notify the Purchaser by mail or by phone.

  • Store carries shipping goods through the Polish Post.

  

Payment, shipping and delivery time

  • Prices of goods in online store are presented in USD, GBP, EUR and the prices are gross. These prices do not include shipping costs.
  • Payments are serviced by PayLane sp. z o.o. which is located in Gdańsk at ul. Arkońska 6/A3, zip code: 80-387, KRS: 0000227278 or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A
  • We're waiting 5 days for the payment, after which the unpaid orders will be canceled.
  • The cost of shipping includes: the fee according to the price list e-Polish + the cost of a secure envelope.
  • Waiting time in Polish: registered letter economical from 3 to 7 working days by registered letter priority from 1 to 3 business days.
  • Timeout foreign shipping: registered letter priority from 5 to 14 business days.
  • We do not send shipped COD parcels.
  • It is not possible to pick up in person your purchase.
  • When ordering a few pieces must pay the cost of shipping the price list at the store.
  • If the delivery is delayed, please check if the shipment is not waiting to pick up from your local Post Office. Check it out, even if the postman did not leave a notice of shipment (attendant).
  • If the package does not reach you within 14 working days (after this time we can start the procedure of complaint), please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.
  • We are not responsible for any delays due to the fault of the Polish Post.

 

Returns

 

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 10 calendar days of receipt. Legal basis: Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of 2 March 2000 "on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products"

  • Return of goods within the withdrawal is possible if:

  1. Product was not used, and is not damaged in any way.

  2. Returned goods must be complete (they can not be deprived of tags, labels).

  3. The basis for any statements constitute evidence of the contract in the form of a bill, transfer, transmission or scan order, which must accompany the returned goods. No proof of purchase will result in the refusal to accept the return.

  • Important: 

  1. Equivalent goods resulting from the cancellation of the purchase will be refunded immediately upon receipt, no later than within 10 days.

  2. We make refund by the same method of payment.

  3. The cost of delivery and return of goods is not refundable.

 

Complaints


If you receive a defective item incompatible with the order or missing parcel the buyer has the right to complain. We guarantee re-dispatch, if this is not possible (for example, due to exhaustion of stocks of goods), store returns equivalent to the price of goods.

  • The basis for the complaint of defective goods is an evidence of the contract in the form of account transfer, transmission or scan order, which must accompany the returned product. No proof of purchase will result in the refusal to accept the return.

  • Important:

  1. Complaints are up to 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by the shop.

  2. In case of unjustified complaints or damage to the goods from the customer fault, all costs cover complaints contracting.

  3. After 14 days of giving, we can start the procedure of complaint because of missing packages.
